What time slots are considered premium?
Any slot indicated as "Special". Only $US 4.29 for the first 30 minutes « (minimum), followed by segments at $US 0.25 per min. Members remain at this low rate indefinitely.*

What if I need to cancel the appointment?
Cancellations require 24 hour notice via email, or Skype. Otherwise a "No-show" fee of $US 15.00 is assessed on your next appointment.

How do I fixing the IE 8 security warning?
Internet Explorer interrupts the download and displays a confirmation dialog whenever it detects the use of mixed content on a secure page. Some websites have secure and non-secure pages.
